We stayed at the Complejo Habitacional Las Bòvedas. Excelent choice! Excelent location, close to everything, even has a little convenience store in the entrance of the complex. It has ben recent renovated and with good taste, has everything we needed for the stay, and the beds were super comfortable. Pricewise it's completely worth it.
The complex itself is a bit old, but ok.
If you have any kind of disability, perhaps is not the right place for you, the stairs to the second floor of the apartment are narrow and probably hard to climb if you have any situation.

Beautiful house on the beach ! Great price. Close to the airport.  Love the rooftop pool and air conditioning in the rooms. Few minor things I personaly did not like. Since it's close to the airport you hear many planes coming and going.  A group of beach vendors hang out right infront of the home all day from early hours untill end of day and can also be noisy. Even though they are friendly, it does not make us feel as safe or comfortable as they can see when you come and go from the home at all times. On a good note the home did have a security guard as well on premises To assist. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property for almost three weeks, and it exceeded all my expectations. The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning, offering a picturesque scene that was truly a treat for the eyes. Each morning, the natural light that flooded the space created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a joy to wake up and start the day.

The location is incredibly walkable, with everything I needed just a short stroll away. Whether it was local shops, cafes, or restaurants, everything was conveniently accessible, which added a lot of convenience to my stay.

The kitchen was another highlight of this property. It was very well-equipped with modern appliances and all the utensils I needed to prepare my meals. Cooking was a breeze, and it felt like a home away from home.

One of the best aspects of my stay was the tranquility at night. The apartment was remarkably quiet, allowing me to relax and get a good night's sleep without any disturbances. This was particularly important for me, and it greatly enhanced my overall experience.

In summary, my three-week stay at this property was fantastic. With its great views, ample natural light, walkable location, well-equipped kitchen, and peaceful nights, it provided everything I could have hoped for. El departamento es muy bonito (tal cual se muestra en las fotos)  y está localizado en una zona muy bonita y tranquila dentro de la ciudad amurallada y a metros de un centro comercial y cerca de restaurantes. El único inconveniente es que hay escasez de agua, estuvimos un día sin agua por trabajos que hacían en el conjunto habitacional, nos pusimos en contacto con los administradores y tardaron en responder. Excellent property…you have all the amenities as if you were at home.  House is located right on the beach in a nice and safe area of Cartagena.  The pool on the rooftop is amazing and a place to watch beautiful sunsets. This is my second time staying at this beautiful home away from home and I am planning to return.  Sergio is an excellent host and very attentive to his guest’s needs.
